About the Study

NCBE’s Testing Task Force is conducting a three-year, comprehensive study of the bar examination to ensure it continues to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for entry-level practice in a changing profession. Thank you for contributing to the legal profession by taking a few minutes to answer the practice analysis survey. Results will help to guide the Task Force as it tackles the content and design of the future bar examination, and will also inform law schools, employers, and the public of the expectations and responsibilities of newly licensed lawyers.
