Nationwide Practice Analysis Survey Concludes

Thousands of attorneys from around the country took the Testing Task Force’s historic practice analysis survey, which successfully concluded at the end of September. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey; the responses will help guide policy decisions about test content during Phase 3 of our study. First Phase of Task Force Study Concludes; Nationwide Practice Analysis Survey to Launch August 1

The Testing Task Force is pleased to report that Phase 1 of its study has successfully concluded with the final stakeholder listening sessions held in June. The Testing Task Force held informative and productive stakeholder focus group sessions at two recent professional meetings. In November, researchers from ACS Ventures LLC spoke with 70 bar admission staff members from 40 different jurisdictions at the Fall Meeting of the Council of Bar Admission Administrators.
